Sensor acronyms

The environmental parameters measured by the sensors of the meteorological and hydrographic stations of the province Bolzano are abbreviated according to the following scheme:

• LT: air temperature in degrees Celsius \([^\circ C]\)
• LF: relative humidity in \([\%]\)
• N: precipitation in \([mm]\)
• WG: mean wind speed in \([m s^{-1}]\)
• WR: mean wind direction in \([deg]\)
• WG.BOE: gusts in \([m s^{-1}]\)
• LD.RED: air pressure reduced to m.s.l in \([hPa]\)
• SD: sunshine duration in \([sec]\)
• GS: global radiation in \([W m^{-2}]\)
• HS: snow depth in \([cm]\)
• W: water level in \([cm]\)
• Q: discharge rate in \([m^3 s^{-1}]\)
